Baji operates under the license of Curacao so it can be used by bettors, who are located in countries that have confirmed the validity of this document in their jurisdiction. There are restricted countries, where you can not use our services, and they include the following:
- United States of America and its territories;
- France and its territories;
- Netherlands and its territories and countries that form the Kingdom of Netherlands including Bonaire, Sint Eustatius, Saba, Aruba, Curacao and Sint Maarten;
- Australia and its territories;
- United Kingdom of Great Britain;
- Northern Ireland;
- Spain;
- Cyprus.
Relinquishment of Brand Ownership
Although we operate under the Curacao license, our platform is not owned by the Curacao Gambling Commission and therefore the Commission does not participate in decisions made by us and is not responsible for our actions.
Print Verification System
Print Verification System is a digital system that allows you to know the current status of any bookmaker, including Baji app. All graphic and text materials contained in this system are the intellectual property of the Curacao Gaming Commission, therefore, alteration or use of this information by third parties or by bookmakers itself is a direct violation of the rights of the Gaming Commission.
Trademarks
The Curacao Gaming Commission owns the copyright to all trademarks and logos shown on this page, with the exception of our corporate identity logo and other symbols, and our domain name.
